Sarah has dedicated over ten years of experience to the health and wellness industry. During that time, she has worked very closely with chiropractors to help patients achieve their own natural healing process by restoring their bodies to optimum function and maximum performance through massage therapy and corrective exercise. Sarah specializes in an integrative approach to massage therapy with techniques ranging from trigger point therapy and myofascial release to deep tissue and Swedish therapeutic massage.
Katrina is currently studying at CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu School and Clinic. She is trained in Shiatsu Therapy, an Asian Bodywork modality rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and western science. Shiatsu focuses on musculoskeletal conditions, as well as energetic imbalances within the meridians. Katrina is also studying therapeutic massage, a modality rooted in western sciences.
